Managing delays in NGXXXX used to be messy and time-consuming. Teams struggled to track delays, organize tasks, and find solutions quickly. The UX team designed a simple and easy-to-use delay management system to fix this. It helps teams organize delays, track progress, and get real-time updates. The system also makes it easier to follow processes and keep records. With clear workflows and better tracking, teams can now solve problems faster and with less hassle.

The Summary Assist feature in NGXXXX was meant to help teams quickly access important information, but users found it hard to use. It had issues like poor navigation, slow access to data, and unclear workflows. The UX team stepped in to fix these problems by simplifying the interface, improving accessibility, and making information easier to find. By redesigning the feature with a chatbot-style interface and better usability, teams can complete tasks faster and with less effort.

The old KCI templates were messy and hard to read, making it difficult for users to find important information quickly. They lacked a clear structure, were not user-friendly, and didn’t fit well with automated processes. The UX team redesigned the templates to improve readability, layout, and accessibility. The new design organizes information into clear sections, uses bold headers, and ensures a smooth experience for both manual and automated workflows. Now, KCI templates are simple, structured, and easy to use for everyone.
